In an article refuting Algeria charges that Morocco would export hashish, the publication points out that the Kingdom has always embodied a vision of gathering energy, federation of powers between the different components of the Maghreb in the fight against underdevelopment and insecurity, and advocated the wish to form this regional assembly that will count in the major international economic and political equations. 

However, continues the author of the article, "Algeria has always chosen a posture of antagonism and fragmentation of the region, so hard that the most engaged mediations failed to deviate from its obsession ". 

In the paper, several questions arise about the Algerian stubbornness to navigate in the opposite direction of history and persist in blocking the great Maghreb at  the expense of the strategic interests of its own people. 

"The question becomes acute when one considers that the Algerian regime mobilizes all its power for the sole purpose to weaken Morocco and to prevent it from concentrating all attention and energy to invest in the development of its potential ".

Sectors of health, education and disaster housing completely, a dormant youth who dream of immigration or jihad, corruption scandals repeatedly related to the management of public affairs, "observes the author of the article. 

While stressing that the failure of governance in Algeria indicators express the need for an external enemy in order to divert from the volcano social frustrations, the newspaper said that Morocco would play the role in this configuration hatred maintains a form of Algerian national sentiment. 

Reconciliation between Algeria and Morocco would "automatically shoot down all these springs and force the Algerian society to adopt a more consistent and therefore more .... Democratic leadership."
