Initiated by "Elite Events" in partnership with the wilaya of the region of Laayoune-Boujdour-Sakia Al Hamra, the Regional Council of the region and the Agency for the Promotion and Development of Southern Provinces, this festival is one of the main events contributing to the animation of the region and its tourism promotion at the national and international levels.

This cultural event is a meeting place to create the magic of an art not like the others, "said Baby Dahan, president of the Festival, at a press conference held Tuesday in Casablanca.

This artistic appointment, he added, "will meet the thirst for new distractions of the Laayoune audience which will find free quality entertainment."

In a speech addressed to the organizers of the Festival, the Wali of the region of Laayoune-Boujdour-Sakia Al Hamra, M'hamed Dryef, said that this event is part of the  cultural and artistic momentum in the city of Laayoune. 

He mentioned in this connection diversified cultural activities to encourage both the expression of local talent, and the opening of other international cultural events.

Open to a wide audience and young adult, this 2nd edition enjoy the participation of Moroccan and foreign professional artists such as Milou (Morocco), Bertran Lotth (France), Huang Zheng (China) and Juan Myoral (Spain).

A regional tour, which will stop at Boujdour, Boukraa andTarfaya is planned for the occasion.
