Morocco's decision to withdraw confidence in Christopher Ross, personal envoy of UN Secretary General for the Sahara, does not mean any transgression of the spirit of the Security Council resolutions or a waiver form whatsoever, said Thursday in Rabat, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Saad El Dine Otmani.
