U.S. expert, J.Peter Pham called to "move ahead" in the settlement of the Sahara issue along the lines of Morocco's proposal for autonomy, the "only realistic course."

Morocco's initiative to grant substantive autonomy to its southern provinces is the only realistic and fair solution to the this issue, Hajbouha Zoubeir, a member of the Royal Consultative Council for Saharan Affairs (CORCAS) said here Wednesday.
