The Council of Government reviewed on Thursday an international agreement on the establishment of a permanent headquarters for the African Development Institute (ADI) in Dakhla, between the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco and the African Development Institute (ADI), presented by Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates, Nasser Bourita.

The city of Dakhla will host in July the seventh "Morocco Today Forum" to discuss the possibilities and means to be adopted and challenges to be overcome in order to "implement the royal vision for the development of the Atlantic front of Africa and the access of the Sahel countries."

Experts and human rights activists highlighted Thursday in Geneva the scourge of child recruitment in armed conflicts around the world, considering the Tindouf camps, southwest of Algeria, as a black spot for this practice, which is a grave violation of international humanitarian law.
