Lamriss

It is a traditional drink prepared with barely flour dried on fire. This soup is prepared with melt sugar in a quantity of water then put in a special cup called Kedha.

Thereafter, water is added to barley flour in order to make a mixture ready for consumption.  This soup is considered as a cure against repeated pathological states of thirst. Sahrawis prepare it frequently when camel milk is rare.
