It is another meal which can be prepared with barley flour dried on fire and fat that Sahrawis call Dahn. It is one of the easiest meals to prepare and which can be been served for breakfast.

After having put dry barley flour on fire in a special bowl, we add fat, some cold water and sugar.

It is one of the healthiest and most delicious meals of the Sahrawi kitchen. It is also one of the driest since it is deliberately soaked in little water.
